It all started in 2006 when my now 17 year old cousin was born. It brought joy to my life capturing this little life in front of me and how he saw the world and made new discoveries as he got older. Seeing his face light up as he took in everything around him set my heart on fire. In December 2008, Casi Denton Photography was born! Launching a business solely focused on capturing the joy on my clients faces and the faces of their children is what helped ignite my passion for photography and only fueled that fire to keep serving families and couples alike. Knowing I was helping them create lasting memories was an inspiration to me. In 2011, I branched out and slowly began photographing weddings. I loved the challenge of taking in all the details and events of a wedding day. What causes some to be overwhelmed and easily stressed, brings calmness to me. I take pride in my attention to detail. My favorite part about weddings is seeing the happiness on the grooms face as he sees his bride walking towards him (complete with that single tear that grazes his cheeks) and the smile that graces her mouth as she recites her vows. Photography isn't just something that I chose to do - it chose me.   I can't wait to capture all of your stories!
